There's still room for any of my readers who want to be listed in the middle! (A little thanks to all you "beta readers" who read my comic before I put it in print.)Advertisement,

This Comic I read this comic while you were updating it daily. This was the first comic I actually followed with the updates. I loved this story, and I love your style of art. I never commented before because I wasn't sure what to say but now after looking at the Q & A I just want to say, thank you for an amazing ride. I look forward to seeing more from you.Zimeta08,

@AndreBayes: Thank you for taking the time to drop a comment! I definitely plan on making more comics. There's no way I could go through life without spinning more tales. :)dracone,

@dracone: The next story I want to make is called "Jupiter", which is about a robot by the same name.
I don't know when I'll begin it. I'm working on my doctorate, so I've become insanely busy! If you want to get updates from me, you can follow me on face book https://www.facebook.com/emily.weber.376, or you can check back on this page once in a while.

This comic did a far better job of telling a beautiful, compelling story than most published books on similar topics.
You portray emotion beautifully, and I got misty-eyed in several parts of this. The story telling is extremely well done, with an excellent balance between illustration and text.
I especially enjoined the fact that you used ferrets and stoats, they really deserve to be good guys for a change. :)

@BeretCat: Aww, thanks! I'm glad you liked it enough to get misty-eyed. That makes me a proud author. ;_^
Stoats, weasels, ferrets, etc. are very underused. <:-(

I'm not usually a speechless sort of cat, but this...
Wow. This is a gem of a comic. Small and beautiful and wonderfully executed. What I mean by small is that the scope was so marvelously self contained. No reliance on a huge cast of characters or an elaborate and expansive setting. The whole story revolved in a tight orbit around only two main characters and a few secondary roles which allowed the story to breath in a much more natural way. The art style suits the story telling perfectly and the expressiveness of the characters was brilliant. The story itself was so close to reality, so believable. Where many works both comic and otherwise rely on a complex and sweeping plot line, this was so much better because the main thrust of the story was a single thought, William's return to himself. I'll not say where, but there were a few places in the story that made me get a little misty. Brava on a story most well done.
The only fault I can draw, and this is an incredibly minor point, is that when Tiffany was introduced to the story line her age was, to me, indeterminate. I really couldn't tell right off if she was Will's age or older or younger. It wasn't until it was revealed as part of the narrative that I figured that out. Like I said, a really minor point.
Whatever your plans for the future are, I do hope that story telling is included. For something that was done off the cuff (according to the FAQ), this was exquisite. I look forward to purchasing a few copies when it's printed. Hopefully you'll have a premium sketch option when these hit the market.

@Da Lurch: Thanks! I was surprised so many people read it! Being a comic with a cast of only a handful of main characters and no villain... yeah. I thought no one would be interested. :0
The comic was indeed made off the cuff! All I had in mind was a beginning a middle and an end, and I just let the characters take me to each point.
I'm formulating my next story right now, but I'm also working on my doctorate in Chiropractic, so my brain is Swiss cheese.
I'm working on getting up a kickstarter to get the comic in print. It should be happening soon!

Found this comic on the 21st @Zimeta08: Read it 3 times now, I can't get over how well the characters are drawn and the personalities that developed. I hope you get this published, and when you do write some more, I hope it will be more about the Blue Bough gang.Zimeta08,

@Rich: Hey, Rich! I think I'm pretty much done with Blue Bough, but who knows! Maybe ten years from now I'll think of a sequel good enough to make into a comic.
For now I'm working on something completely different. :D

I just finished reading this comic and it's awesome. Would you allow me to make a portuguese (brazilian) translation of this comic? I would, of course, refer to you as the writer and artist of the comic.Zimeta08,

Okay, this is the second time I've read through MtRC, and I'm just as in awe as before. O__O I feel kind of bad repeating what's already been said... but good stuff, miss. Good stuff!
That begin said, are you able to give your readers a few tips on some of your techniques? (Specifically your coloring, since that's what captivated me the most). I'd thoroughly enjoy learning from your work!

@Whymsies: I might do a quick tutorial on how I do my coloring soon. Keep an eye out!Whymsies,

Oh wow this is a gem of comic. ;___; best comic I have read on smakjeeves, and I appreciate that it's a complete story instead of something that endlessly meanders like so many other comics. I feel inspired. Thanks so much for your hard work.Zimeta08,
